Prices are as follows:
$300 per night - 1st October to 1st May

$220 per night rest of year

(A 30% deposit to be paid at time of booking is non refundable if cancelled
within 5 weeks of holiday, balance to be paid  4 weeks before arriving)

Dogs negotiable, may require extra fee
